COVID-19 Procedures for Events, Meetings and Small Groups
Because most of the people in our church are high-risk, remote meetings (like Zoom) are strongly encouraged. The following are instructions for leaders of in-person meetings.
Supplies needed All of the needed supplies should be available at the church.  Leaders need to be familiar with the set up and cleaning procedure.
1. Leader and attendees enter through the door closest to the meeting room. They wear masks, have temperature checked, sanitize hands, and are screened for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure.  Give 6 feet of social distance at all times.
2. Keep attendance list of those attending along with their contact information and time and date of meeting.  Group leader signs attendance list to verify that they understand the protocol.
3. Monitor the group for symptoms (fever, cough, sneeze).
4. Arrange seating to provide at least 6 feet of separation.
5. After the meeting, perform the listed Cleaning Procedure.
